Why Traders Pick IQ Capital
- A single-phase futures challenge with no minimum trading days and no consistency rule during the evaluation itself
- A soft-breach system: your first two drawdown breaches close the position, not the account - only a third closes it
- Four dedicated futures platforms - Quantower, Tradovate, ATAS and DeepCharts
- An intact 4.7/5 Trustpilot rating across 470+ reviews, with no suspension or Consumer Alert - a cleaner record than several other firms this site has reviewed recently
Is IQ Capital Legit?
IQ Capital presents a genuinely split trust picture rather than a clearly good or bad one. In its favor: a real, intact Trustpilot rating of 4.7/5 across more than 470 reviews with no suspension and no Consumer Alert, which several other recently reviewed firms on this site cannot claim, plus a fast, specific payout process (48-hour guarantee, roughly 3-hour average) that traders can hold the firm to. Against that: IQ Capital is unregulated, its own site is ambiguous about where it is actually domiciled (Saint Lucia in the imprint, UAE in the FAQ), it has only been operating since 2023, and its claimed payout totals vary meaningfully between sources ($3.5M+ on its own site versus a $1.65M figure reported elsewhere). Most seriously, there is a specific, dated complaint from July 2026 describing the trading platform opening positions on its own while the trader was offline and asleep, support declining to take responsibility or offer compensation, and the trader being banned from the firm's Discord server after raising the issue. A single complaint does not define a firm, but the pattern it describes - a platform malfunction, a denial of responsibility, and the silencing of the complainant rather than a resolution - is worth weighing more heavily than the flash-sale pricing before you commit real money to a challenge.
